Vinyasa BalanceThis is a power class that focuses on balance and stability emphasising breath-linked movement. With a mindful approach to strength-building poses, it offers a chance to connect with your body’s core and stabilizing muscles, enhancing balance in both stillness and flow. Expect a grounding practice that supports your overall stability and confidence, ideal for anyone looking to strengthen their body and center their mind.
Vinyasa FlowVinyasa Flow is an energetic class set to music in a ‘slightly’ warmed room to create an inviting atmosphere. Breathe deeply and move fluidly as we explore a variety of yoga postures (asanas) to promote mobility, mental fortitude, and a sense of inner peace. This class is ideal for the intermediate yogi, but accessible to beginners and more advanced practitioners alike, with options and adaptions with an alignment based instruction.
Down to EarthDown to Earth is a vinyasa-style class that combines a grounding flow with a deep stretch flow down. This class serves as a reset designed to recalibrate the body, ease muscle tension, and soothe the nervous system. This embodiment practice pairs breath-and-body movement through a series of strength and stretch and supports an active lifestyle in need of balance. Down to Earth is a holistic wellness offering meant to lighten the load and cultivate alignment with natural rhythms of rest. All levels are welcome!
Rhythm and EaseFlow into the week with energy, balance and strength! This practice combines dynamic (Yang) movement rhythmic yoga practice based in the Ashtanga Vinyasa style and progress to the (Yin) style that is a more slow paced where yoga shapes are held for longer to work the deep, dense connective tissues and joints in the body to calm the nervous system and prepare you for meditation as well as the week ahead. This practice is for everyone.
Myofascial Release and RestoreThis 60 minute class begins with 15 minutes of guided myofascial release using simple tools and intentional breath to soften tension, unravel holding patterns, and bring awareness to the body's deeper layers. From there, we'll move into 45 minutes of restorative yoga - long hold, supported shapes designed to soothe the nervous system, promote deep rest, and return you to center.
Perfect for all levels. No flexibility or yoga experience required - just come ready to rest, reset, and reconnect.
Restorative Prana FlowThis class is an opportunity to bring all the stress from the day, from both mind and body, and leave it all on the mat. We focus on relieving pain in the low back, finding calm through creative movement and breathwork, and at the very least leaving class feeling empowered by our bodies. New or experienced, flexible or stiff, all are welcome.
