Waiver

Adults (18+)

Must complete and sign their own waiver before participating in or spectating any activity.

Youth (under 18)

For minors, a parent or court-appointed legal guardian must complete the waiver. Personal letters or permission slips are not valid substitutes. Unfortunately, we can not accept signatures from grandparents, aunts, uncles, or family friends unless they are court appointed legal guardians.
