A bi-weekly beginning level climbing class for adults and teens 14 and over, hosted in the bouldering area. This class provides the next level of instruction to those new to climbing, and who have previously gone through a facility orientation. Basic movement technique, balance, footwork and route reading are taught, along with tips on strength training and injury prevention. Basic Climbing and Movement offers progressive skill and strength development for regular attendees.
