Each session costs $20. You may book all five sessions individually or sign up only for the sessions that fit your schedule. Space is limited to 10 students per week, so booking in advance is strongly recommended.
Class 1 May 1st: Approaching hand balancing, Getting comfortable with inversion, Beginner balancing skills
Class 2 May 8th: Key body positions, Wrist and Shoulder Mechanics, Beg./Int. balancing skills
Class 3 May 15th: Strength training for hand balancing, Understanding weight distribution, Beg./Int. balancing skills
Class 4 May 22nd: Pressing to handstand, Handstand drills, More skill training
Class 5 May 29th: Developing a training plan, Refreshing on everything we’ve learned, Attempting your best skills!
This 5-week program requires individual session booking. Each session is $20 per participant. Participants may book all eight sessions; however, refunds and cancellations are not permitted for this program.
