Vinyasa Flow is an energetic class set to music in a ‘slightly’ warmed room to create an inviting atmosphere. Breathe deeply and move fluidly as we explore a variety of yoga postures (asanas) to promote mobility, mental fortitude, and a sense of inner peace. This class is ideal for the intermediate yogi, but accessible to beginners and more advanced practitioners alike, with options and adaptions with an alignment based instruction.
