Rhythm and Ease

Flow into the week with energy, balance and strength! This practice combines dynamic (Yang) movement rhythmic yoga practice based in the Ashtanga Vinyasa style and progress to the (Yin) style that is a more slow paced where yoga shapes are held for longer to work the deep, dense connective tissues and joints in the body to calm the nervous system and prepare you for meditation as well as the week ahead. This practice is for everyone.
